support our vision of educational equity
Together we can reimagine what educational opportunity looks like for San Francisco’s public school students.
Support our work
Horizons is an independently funded organization that raises the funds necessary to operate annually in the Mission District and support K-12 students.
Your financial investment plays a vital role in helping accomplish our mission to provide joyful academic and enrichment experiences that build on the strength and talents of San Francisco's public school students.
All donations to Horizons are 100% tax-deductible. Scroll down to see all the ways you can give to Horizons.
Horizons is a nonprofit 501(c)(3), Tax ID 94-3397589, and fiscally sponsored by the San Francisco Friends School. While we’re on the same campus and receive in-kind use of the school building, Horizons does not receive any direct financial support from SFFS.

+ Non-Monetary Contributions
At Horizons, we are committed to the philosophy of Community-Centric Fundraising and incorporating community-centric approaches into all areas of our work, so that we may ground our approach to both development and programming in racial and economic justice. One of the core principles of this philosophy that resonates deeply with us is that we value the donation of time as much as the donation of money. Check out our volunteer page for opportunities to get involved.
